Не могу зайти на сайт после установки.

Я установил Torrenttier на Ubuntu, но все равно получаю страницу установки при доступе к сайту через локальный хост. как мне это решить?

I TRIED SEVERAL TIME . EVERY TIME I TRIEM SOME PROBLESM ALWAYS CAME UP .
last night was php.ini file problem . Then came the ext destination problem .
Today it all passed . I was following the short method first php install.php. but it did not work(VENDOR FOLDER IS MISSIGNG IN THE GITHUB REPOSTORY) . Then I tried the manual way . Composer had no problem . It connected but now showing only php logic no style . no function .I UPDATED PHP SEVERALS TIME . BUT STILL NOT WORKING . I'm using apache linux server and mongo db . I HOPE YOU FIND A SOLUTION SOON .
