Трекер функционирует уже более года, решил прикрутить прокси для большего удобства использования. Прокси работает отлично, но не коннектится именно к трекеру. Всегда ошибка 503.. Подскажите где копать?
Работает с гуглом

Please make sure that the target host is a Web Server.
The error may also indicate that the proxy server is not operating properly.

В частности при попытке открыть 80й порт пишет "Порт "80" зарезервирован для нужд сервера и не может быть открыт"
Буду признателен за любую помощь, т.к. провайдер выдает только серые айпи и прокси единственный вариант, который я вижу
