Покажите, потому что бредом попахивает. Для урегулирования проблемы достаточно ссылку оставлять, вроде как.
Добрый день!
С удивлением обнаружили, что на вашем ресурсе на регулярной основе
публикуются наши материалы:
Мы -- официально зарегистрированное СМИ. Все наши обзоры являются
авторскими, мы платим за них гонорары авторам, состоящим у нас в штате
или на договоре. Ни главный редактор, ни кто-либо еще из руководства
нашего портала не давал разрешение на использование наших материалов.
Поэтому в присутствии нотариуса изготовлены и нотариально заверены с
указанием даты и адреса публикации скриншоты нескольких спорных
иллюстраций. Если дело дойдет до суда, это позволит легко доказать
факт неправомерного использования.
Прошу с вниманием отнестись к этому письму, поскольку это не первый
случай нарушения наших авторских прав, и судебная практика показывает,
что подобные споры решаются обычно не в пользу ответчика не только с
выплатой компенсации упущенной выгоды и штрафов за нарушение
законодательства, но также и с оплатой ответчиком судебных издержек и
экспертизы.
Нам бы не хотелось доводить дело до суда и тратить на это свое и ваше
время, однако ваш сайт допустил оплошность, и на данном этапе мы
предлагаем решить вопрос в досудебном порядке.

ваш юридический адрес заказным письмом официальную типовую претензию в

Здесь если будет получена жалоба на нарушение авторского права, то не нужно будет полностью удалять сайт, а только страницу на которую поступила жалоба.
В ином случае можем Вам предоставить бекап вашего сайта.

Извините, но мы не можем открыть Ваш VPS на текущем сервере. Единственное, что мы можем предложить на данный момент это выделенный сервер.

Это требование ДЦ. В случает если мы его проигнорируем наш сервер может быть отключен полностью.

Думаю рано или поздно всех прикроют. А перемещаться и скрываться от закона - не дешёвое занятие ))
Как тиц 20 дали - так письма в день по 4-5 стали приходить на почту от правообладашек. Заипался уже делетить )) Чем больше в выдаче тем больше проблемм ))
Шаз вообше решил не заливать фильмы - хоть менемизировать чуток жалобы.

Был опыт на домашнем держать, после поездки в отдел контроля отпало все желание. Дело времени.
