Wertos, ну для скриптов согласен, а в var кеше валяется все подряд, и куки и сесии юзеров и т.п., я задавал 15 мин.

Я для скриптов юзаю APC. Для остального memcache. Сессии вроде вообще в редисе или тоже в мемкеше.
Короче фс по максимуму разгрузил.

readonly_protection отключить и попробуй xcache.size увеличить до 64м. собственно у меня конфиг такой же, но проблем нет.
